Dear Team, I would like to share my feedback regarding my recent purchase of the Simple One scooter from your showroom. My overall experience was very good. I would especially like to appreciate Mr. Amit Deshpande for his support and guidance throughout the process. He was very helpful and patiently explained the scooter features, charging process and other details. Since this was my first electric scooter, I had many questions and doubts. Amit handled everything very professionally and made the process very smooth for me. My home is around 300 km away from the showroom, and even after delivery he kept checking with me by calling and asking whether everything was fine during my journey. This kind of care was really appreciated. He also mentioned that service support would be provided whenever required, even the possibility of onsite support, which gave me additional confidence.
