Simple Energy Store - Vennala,Kochi

Great experience purchasing my Simple One Ultra. Special thanks to Ms. Gadha, my sales advisor, for making the process smooth and hassle-free. Very happy with the experience!

Exceptional Service by Mr. Aadil Truly Outstanding I recently purchased the Simple Energy ONE about one and a half weeks ago, and I genuinely feel that one of the best parts of my entire buying experience was having Mr Aadil as my sales executive. From the very first interaction, he was absolutely amazing, professional, polite, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. He explained every single detail about the scooter thoroughly and clearly, without missing out on anything. He made sure that I understood everything properly and never once made me feel rushed or pressured. What impressed me even more was how personally he handled my request for a preferred registration number. He went out of his way to arrange it for me, which was incredibly kind and thoughtful. It showed that he genuinely cares about his customers and is willing to go the extra mile to make them happy. Honestly, Mr. Aadil is one of the best sales executives I have ever interacted with in any car or two wheeler showroom. His attitude, patience, communication, and dedication are truly exceptional. And the best part? His support did not end after the delivery. It has already been around one and a half weeks since I received my scooter, and I have literally called him every couple of days with different questions and doubts. Every single time, he has been extremely responsive and helpful. Whether it is through WhatsApp or a phone call, he is always ready to clarify my doubts and guide me properly. This kind of after sales support is extremely rare and deserves to be appreciated. Mr Aadil has made me feel that I am not just a customer who came in, purchased a scooter, and left he genuinely makes his customers feel valued and supported even after the sale. Simple Energy is truly fortunate to have someone like Mr Aadil representing the brand. His dedication, kindness, professionalism, and customer-first attitude are something other sales executives can genuinely learn from. A huge THANK YOU, Mr. Aadil, for making my purchase experience so smooth, memorable, and genuinely enjoyable. 🙏❤️ If you are planning to purchase a Simple Energy scooter, I would highly recommend **getting in touch with Mr. Aadil You will be in excellent hands! Keep up the fantastic work, Aadil! You are truly exceptional! 👏🔥
